Exchange Rates

How often are exchange rates updated?

Mid-market rates are updated every 4 hours from global currency market data. On weekends, the last Friday closing rate is shown since forex markets are closed.

What is the mid-market rate?

The mid-market rate is the midpoint between buy and sell prices in the interbank currency market. It is the rate shown on Reuters, Bloomberg, and Google Finance — the real rate before any bank or remittance provider adds their margin.

Rate Alerts

How do rate alerts work?

Set a target rate for any currency pair. NRI Dash checks the live rate every 4 hours and sends you an email as soon as your target is reached. You can set alerts for USD/INR, GBP/INR, AED/INR, SGD/INR, and EUR/INR.

Are rate alerts free?

Yes, basic rate alerts are available on the free plan. Paid plans include daily rate digest emails and priority alert delivery.

Billing & Account

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time from your Account page under Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
